Use video too¶
Use video whenever connectivity allows so that you can create that additional engagement.
Muting¶
Mute yourself when you are not talking to prevent distracting background noises.
Avoid laptop mic¶
Use a headset rather than the mic on a laptop to help yourself be heard. If you must use a mic on a laptop try not to type when you are not muted.
Background noise¶
As far as is possible, choose a location with minimal background noise.
